Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for Navratna Family program, a family shall maintain collective Relationship Value of Rs.50 lakhs across all family members’ accounts.

TRV Definition:

Total Relationship Value or TRV is a combination of:

  • Savings Account Monthly Average Balance (MAB) and,
  • Term Deposits (TD) which includes Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD).

Family members of Navratna customers are eligible for inclusion in the Navratna Family Program. To be considered for Family grouping under this program, the eligible family members must maintain a Savings account or Term deposit account.

  1. Maxima Savings account opened with an Initial deposit of ₹5 Lakhs
  2. AQB of ₹3 Lakhs in Savings account with TRV of ₹25 Lakhs
  3. Only Personal banking customers are eligible for Navratna program, Business/HUF/NR are not eligible.

How do I calculate Total Relationship Value (TRV)?

TRV is the sum of your Savings Account balance and Term Deposits, determining your eligibility for the Navratna program.
