Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (Ujjivan SFB) today announced the expansion of its network in Eastern India with the opening of four new branches in Bihar, strategically located in Maharajgunj, Siwan, Khagaria and Hasanpur. This expansion reinforces the bank's commitment to driving financial inclusion and supporting small businesses, aspiring homeowners, and underserved communities across semi-urban and rural markets.

Ujjivan SFB offers a comprehensive suite of banking products and services, serving over 98.8 lakh customers across 26 states and Union Territories. The four new MicroBanking (MB) branches in Bihar will focus on Group Loans (GL) and Individual Loans (IL) aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs, small business owners, and self-employed individuals. The new branches are also expected to create 40–45 local employment opportunities, contributing to Bihar's economic growth.
