A Senior Citizen is any individual aged 60 years and above.

Ujjivan Bank offers additional benefits to Senior Citizens, i.e. those who are 60 years of age or older. If you are a Senior Citizen you can earn an additional 0.50% with our Digital Fixed Deposits!

You can open a Digital FD as long as

You are a resident Indian of 18 years above to open as Online FD

You have a valid Aadhaar and PAN Number

You have a working mobile number linked to Aadhaar

No, you can open a digital FD without having a Ujjivan Bank savings account. You may use your existing savings bank account from any other bank to fund your Digital FD.

The minimum amount needed to open a digital fixed deposit with Ujjivan Bank is ₹1,000.

The maturity range for Digital Fixed Deposits is very flexible. Investors can choose from maturity periods as less as 6 months and as high as 10 years.

The Digital Fixed Deposit interest rates do not vary from the standard Fixed Deposit interest rates.The interest rates depend on the tenure of the Digital Fixed Deposit.
