Mobile Banking De-registration
Customers who wish to de-register from Mobile Banking can follow the below steps to process it :
Contact our Customer Service Number: 1800 208 2121
Upon necessary authentication, our customer care executive will initiate a service request (SR) on behalf of the customer
The respective application will be deregistered and the customer will receive an acknowledgement on registered e-mail id and Mobile Number
Customers are accountable for any transactions conducted on their accounts through Mobile Banking prior to service cancellation.
