No. There’s no joining fee for the Ivory Programme. You simply need to maintain the required balance or relationship value as per the eligibility criteria.
If your balance or TRV falls below the threshold, your account will be downgraded to the standard Maxima variant, and the premium Ivory privileges will be withdrawn. In case the customer is downgraded from the Ivory Programme due to non-maintenance of eligibility criteria, AMC of Rs. 1500 + GST will be charged on the respective Ivory account, given, if the customer wishes to continue using the Ivory Debit Card (either Metal or Plastic card).
To avoid from getting downgraded after final reminder, you can restore the required eligibility.
Your complimentary Club Marriott membership will be activated 3 months after successful enrolment, provided you:
Maintain Ivory eligibility criteria during this period, and
Spend at least ₹50,000 through POS/ECOM transactions within 6 months of onboarding.
Yes. If you currently hold a Maxima Savings or Current Account, you can upgrade seamlessly once you meet the Ivory eligibility criteria.
