1. Visit Ujjivan Small Finance Bank – Internet Banking online portal (https://netbankingezy.ujjivansfb.in/RetailBanking/).
2. Click on Register Now
3. Enter Customer ID and Mobile Number
4. Review and Accept the Terms & Conditions and click on the Register button
5. Authenticate using the OTP sent to your registered Mobile number
6. Choose Any One Method From 3 For Multi Factor Authentication.

7. Set a Username and 4-digit MPIN, optionally set Security Questions, select a Primary Account, and tap on continue.

Ujjivan EZY Internet banking platform is user specific. It requires a Username and Password to login that is recognised by bank. While conducting any transaction, a 6-digit OTP is sent to user’s bank registered mobile number via the application. It is a safe and secure process as application locks itself on entering 3 consecutive incorrect PINs. For matter of safety, you are requested not to share your Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking Password with anyone.
