A home improvement loan is a financing option that helps you fund renovation, repair, expansion, or renovation of your existing home.
You can get a minimum of ₹ 2 lakh up to a maximum of ₹ 25 lakh for the home improvement loan. The sanctioned loan amount is subject to the bank’s assessment and discretion.
The tenure ranges from a minimum of 39 months to a maximum of 180 months (i.e., up to 15 years).
