Apply for a new Ujjivan SFB Debit Card by placing your request.
Note: You can also apply for a new Debit Card by visiting your nearest Ujjivan SFB branch,or calling Phone Banking (Toll Free: 1800-2087 -2121) or through the Ujjivan SFB Mobile Banking App.

    Step 1: Block/hot-list Debit Card

    • Login to Net Banking > Menu > Cards > Debit Card Hot-listing

    Step 2: Apply for a new Debit Card

    • After blocking the Debit Card > Go to Menu > Cards > Debit Card Request and select the Lost Card option from the dropdown menu and the reason.
